Freedam is a free interactive walking tour about freedom in Amsterdam, created by Thys Roes. It runs entirely in your browser or as an installed app.
Nothing. Freedam does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no cookies, and no third-party services that collect your information.
Freedam may request access to your device location to show your position on the tour map. This data stays on your device and is never sent to any server. You can deny location access and still use the app.
Freedam caches tour content on your device for offline use. This data stays on your device and can be cleared through your browser or app settings.
Freedam uses OpenStreetMap tiles via Leaflet for the map display. Your device connects to tile servers to load map images. This is subject to the OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
